I am covering VCB membership for Peter while he recovers from a minor eye op and, as I have a little spare time, have taken the opportunity to go through and file all the old emails.
 
It's not clear whether you received a reply to your question about owning an LML but I can confirm that, as you may have suspected, Vespa World Club does not accept LML owners so the additional information is not required.

Check out the vcb membership form online ...... They do not require your reg number to join or even a photo....just say it's a vespa
