Toplist addition

Added a frequently asked questions section to the toplist as a lot of list members seemed to be stumped on what was where etc.
 
Also deleted 1 member that took the code off their site and 1 member that never bothered to put it on, even though it said on the top of the page 'If you can't put the voting code on your web site then please don't join'! Some people eh!
