my vespa pk 50 with 100  kitt on it will not let me run it for more than 15mins without it dying but when it dies it give off the sound as tho the timing is out but i keep checking at it is fine also it will just start to die and i will give it throttle and it will sound like it is being starved of fuel but i have checked the jets and fuel tap and they are both clear

so if any of you have a suggestion on what it might be would be a great help as im only 16 i only know the major parts

have you changed the carb and the inlet manifold as this would starve your engine of oil if you still have the fifty one on and make it overheat or sieze

If it really is a PK50 engine and what you bought from Ebay is really a kit, then it's probably a 110cc-112cc. That's the maximum 50cc kits go to.

It's easy to find out what engine it is. Under the rear shock absorber, on the engine itself, is a square flat bit of engine. Wipe it over with a cloth. You should have the engine number between two stars: * 00026343 *. Just above that is the engine model number: V51A or V15B. Let me know what that bit says.
