WORZ,   icon_pray HI MATE, STEERING HAS GONE STIFF, AND IT SWERVES AROUND LIKE A BOAT, IM THINKING OF CHANGING TOP N BOTTOM BEARINGS TO SOLVE THIS, WHAT DO YOU THINK? ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD DO WHILE ITS ALL APART?

You may be able to get away with just loosening the two rings off a bit that hold the forks in. If that's no good, make sure you remove all the old grease and check the bearing cups to see it they are pitted. If they are OK, plenty of grease on the new bearings and you should be good to go. P.S. That joke about swine flu was terrible lol.
