Just bought a coloured kickstart for my P200 Disc. I thought in a couple of minutes I'd have it changed over. How wrong was i.
I couldn't get the kickstart bolt out, though I got the nut off. Thinks to myself  "Take off the flywheel cover, it will give a bit more room" WRONG!!
Couldn't get one of the screws off, even after I squirted it with WD40.
Kickstart was loose but I really didn't want to force it. So I put everything back together and went to have a pint!
I thought someone on the website might be able to help. Thanks in anticipation of a solution.

Go and buy yourself a blowtorch from a hardware shop and use it on your engine casing around the screw that's stuck. Heating the casing up will make it expand and free up the screw. It might sod up the paint on your flywheel cowling but that's better than having a broken screw in the engine and the cowling can always be rubbed down and repainted. don't worry, it won't damage your engine casing by heating it up. Just be careful not to go too close to any wiring with the blowtorch.

If the kickstart bolt won't pull out try pushing on it from the bottom with the flat side of a pair of pliers whilst unscrewing the bolt with a ratchet or spanner.
