Welcome to the forum mate.

This is a bit of an akward one because not so long ago the DVLA decided that if you change the c.c of a vehicle in such a way that it changes it's licencing value (i.e. road rax) then you have to provide written proof from a shop that the work has been carried out. I can't remember if a 150cc is in the same tax bracket as a 125cc or not so it might be worth popping down to a main post office and picking up a road tax application form to find out. If the road tax for a 150 is the same as a 125 then you're ok and can just send the log book off with the change in cc details. If it's not, you'll have to go and buy yourself a cheap, manky old 125 barrel & piston, get a shop to fit it for you and get a letter off of them confirming the work was carried out and the new cc. Then send the log book off to the DVLA with the letter.

Once your shiny new 125cc log book arrives, change the barrel & piston back to the original 150cc one. 125cc Lammies are too slow and they don't have enough poke for todays roads. 150cc or 200cc is preferable anyday.

I've never heard of them before. I just followed the link you posted and had a browse through their site. They seem straight enough. Bloody cheap too! £450 for an unrestored GP150 is dirt cheap but then again i'm used to London shop prices where an unrestored Lammy is around £1500 and restored they go between £2500 and £3500. If i were you i'd snap up an unrestored one as cheap as you can get it and then do it up yourself. That way it ends up the way you want it and not the way it came from the shop. Plus that way you can keep track of how much it costs you to do up.

No probs mate, you're welcome to pop down the pub anytime. If Titch is feeling flush he might even buy you a pint in return lol.
