Have decided that although the 150 engine fitted to the scoot is in good order with electronic ignition its top spedd of 55 is not much good on modern roads. Have ordered a new SIL 200cc engine and new carb to go with it. I wonder what suggestions you may have as to which the best exhaust system to fit? I am looking for good bottom and mid range performance,  not wringing its arse cherry red top speed. Would like it to look reasonably standard not like a trombone hanging out the side and not costing a second mortgage. Any help appreciated.

I have used the AF rayspeed exhaust on my Li150, unfortunately without upgrading anything else! I can recommended the exhaust - better on a 200 engine i reckon, well built and not too dear (at the time).

Thanks Marko

that one was recommended by the dealer selling the engine but as it seems to be the only one he stocks thought to seek advice. How do you get on with the 150 engine , I know Im a lump at 16.5 stones but 55 mph is a bit on the slow side. Am told to expect 65 to 70 on the Indian 200 we will see !

Best regards
john
