Could anyone recommend a Vespa engine Tuner?

Hello all. Paul top man the mechanic has completed the work on my scooter no problems with that as stated before. Could anyone suggest a place or person that can set up the points timing or/and generally sort out my Vespa sprint engines, currently irregular running and hard to start.  Im  usually having to jump start it, after trying to kick start maybe 14 or 15 times!! All suggestions and advice will be appreciated.

Hello mate give Paul a bell he does vespas aswell
