worz,my front light,rear,and brake light have all just blown.  would the indicators and horn still be working if it was the regulator that was at fault?.

If the reg was knackered, usually everything blows. Easy way to find out is to put the left indicator (or right) and rev the  scooter quite high for a while. If the regulator is putting too much out, the bulbs will blow.

Only other thing I can think of is something is earthing somewhere. Usually the best suspect is the rear brake light switch on the pedal. You have to loosen the rear brake cable, undo the 3 10mm bolts and remove the pedal rubber to get the thing out of the frame, enough so you can look at the switch.
