Its not really a PC problem, i just want to know why i cant upload an animated avatar?

It's probably because you tried to upload a gif picture that was too big. Width and Height should be no more than 100*100 pixels. If the picture size is bigger than that it will be rejected. There is also a maximum filesize limit on all picture types. I've made the allowed filesize for gifs bigger so you can try again.

If it's still rejected let me know the width and height of the picture you tried as well as the filesize and tell me exactly what the error says when you tried to upload it.

The image is 96 x 96 and only 5766 bytes. A message comes up saying, You may not upload animated images.
