Doctor...

A Paki goes to the Doctor and says,

"Doctor, i feel absolutely terrible."

The Doctor says,

"Go home and get a bucket, piss and sh*t in it for a week, chuck in some dead rats and rotting fish. Place a towel over your head and sniff the fumes off the bucket for at least 3 days."

A week later the Paki goes back to the Doctor and says,

"Doc i feel wonderfull.....what was the problem?"
