STOLEN: Silver Vespa px200 stolen from bike bay on Mount Pleasant WC1 at 4:20am 22 March. The front wheel, which was locked to the bike bay, was removed and the scooter was wheeled into a waiting van. CCTV shows 2 kids on bicycles stealing it, this is apparently the 4th stolen recently from this bay. Scooter is very di...stinctive: it has red adjustable Bitubo shocks front and rear, an SIP stainless pipe and SIP brushed stainless steel foot plates. Registration plate is EO51LXK. Datatag is DAT0297559. Engine number is VSE1M414912. Frame number is VSX1T6011212. It has transponders in the fuel tank. REWARD for its return. MASSIVE REWARD for identifying these scumbags!
