The Club Recieved This Email Today: Hi - I'm a freelance journalist and I work for a number of publications including East End Life, the Tower Hamlets newspaper. I heard a short item about ELMS on the Robert Elms show on London Live a couple of weeks ago which said that your organisation was looking for past members to help celebrate its 50th anniversary next year.
I would be very interested in meeting members of ELMS with a view to doing a centre spread feature in East End Life in the near future. If you think this would be possible, please give me a call on 07941 045010 or 020 8653 6038.
It sounds like a fascinating organisation which would make a great feature that would hopefully prompt some of your old members to get back in touch.

Have spoken to Piers today, and he has told me that both he and the Editor of East End Life are very keen to do a story on the club with photos being taken as well. Going to arrange a date in January to do this. Would be good to get everyone there on there scooters displaying full club colors. Will arrange for a SUNDAY. If anyone has a sunday in January that they are unable to make please let me know ASAP PLEASE.
