i have had trouble all week gettin on ere. is it  your end worly or is it up my end.just cant stay connected. now getting brown off with it.

Dunno mate. I've got a key meter and the electric went off twice. Bloody thing's outside in a cupboard so I can't hear it when it beeps.

When you come to the forum, on the top right it should say 'Welcome, Spider' if you are logged in. If you're not logged in you'll see two boxes instead. Put Spider in as your username, enter your password in the password box and then click in the little box that says 'Keep me logged in'. Putting a tick in the box will make sure you are logged in all the time so the next time you come to the forum you shouldn't have to log in again.
