this is my dads vespa lambretta li cutdown my dad found it in an alley in pieces and because of his lack of time and knowlage he had someone help him build it

i was talkin about it to my dad he said it a popular scooter from the 80's called uprising he said it was in a couple of scooter magazines and he said it was originaly built by andy baiden   if that nam rings any bells
